The Department of Prosthodontics offers dental prosthesis of all kinds available, giving its students excellent opportunities to practice their skills and observe advanced dental procedures. The Advanced Prosthetic Lab is one of the major facilities provided to the students of BDS at Sardar Begum Dental College. In this Lab IVOCLAR supplied not only the latest equipment of TARGIS/VECTRIS and PORCELAIN System but also committed to transfer the technology from their largest European Dental Research Centre to Sardar Begum Dental College. Students will learn to construct all type of removable and fixed prosthesis i.e. complete and partial dentures, Porcelain fused to metal crown and bridge as well as Glass Fibre crown, bridges, veneers, Inlays, onlays, inlay bridges and Implant superstructure.
