The department deals with knowledge, philosophy, principles, and practices of dental public health. Specialized knowledge and skills for practicing dental public health, including research, administration, Epidemiological study of oral problems and teaching. Community and preventive dentistry is one of the leading subjects all over the world and at SBDC the subject is given prime importance.
